We offer standard and next-day delivery services within the UK, as well as international shipping. Standard UK delivery is typically processed within 3-5 working days, and free shipping is available on orders over a specified threshold.
How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please use our online returns portal to generate your label.
How can I ensure I select the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designer brands, we also include specific 'Size & Fit' notes to help you decide if an item runs true to size or requires sizing up.

Can I track the status of my order?

Are the items sold online available in your physical boutiques?
Most of our online collection is available in our Southwold, Aldeburgh, and Burnham Market stores. However, stock levels vary by location, so we recommend contacting the specific boutique if you are looking for a particular piece.
